"Feels a bit more eco freindly"
I like that this feels like a more eco friendly option. Not sure if it makes a huge difference, but it does make me feel a little better using it day to day.

"Decent site, just a little clunky"
Melitta.com was fine overall, but I did spend longer than I expected trying to find a couple of products. The pages loaded without any issues, which was nice, especially since I was browsing while drinking my morning coffee at the kitchen counter. The menus just felt a bit messy, like things weren’t always where I expected them to be. Not a bad experience, but it could definitely be a little smoother.

"Smooth but Nothing Special"
It’s not bad coffee, and I’ll still drink it, but I was expecting a little more flavor. Compared to some other coffees I usually buy, this one tastes smoother but also kind of flat. It’s fine for an everyday cup, just not something I’d probably go out of my way to order again.

I’ve ordered from melitta a couple of times now, mostly because my family has always used Melitta coffee filters, so the brand feels familiar to me. Overall, my experience has been okay. Some items are priced fairly, especially when there’s a sale, but other things feel a little expensive compared to what I’ve seen in stores or on other websites. Shipping can also bump up the total more than I’d like. It’s not a bad place to shop, I just wish the regular prices were a bit more consistent.

"Easy warranty replacement"
My coffee maker started having an issue after a few months, so I reached out to Melitta through their website. I thought it was going to be a bit of a hassle, but it was not. They just asked for my receipt and a few details, then got the warranty replacement sorted quickly. The emails were clear, and there was not loads of back and forth. I am happy with how they handled everything.

I thought Melitta.com looked nice, honestly. The design is clean, and the product photos are clear, so it’s easy to tell what you’re looking at. I like the simple colors too, and the machines look good on the site without feeling too overdone. It feels modern, but still normal and easy to use. The only thing is, a few pages felt a little packed with info. Not a huge deal or anything, just meant I had to scroll a bit more than I expected.

"Coffee’s good, subscription changes were a bit confusing"
The coffee showed up just fine and I’ve been happy with it overall. But, uh, trying to change my subscription was more confusing than I expected. Support did help me get it sorted out eventually, it just took a little longer than I thought it would.

I ordered some coffee filters and beans from melitta.com using a discount code, and it all went smoothly. The price seemed better than usual, and the promo code worked right away without any hassle. Delivery was fine too, nothing really to complain about. Overall, I’m happy with it and will probably check back when they have offers again

"Got the Part, But Took Some Digging"
so I did end up finding the replacement part I needed, but it took a little bit of searching. A few things were out of stock too, which was a bit frustrating. The site works fine overall, I just wish the parts were easier to find.

"Fresh coffee and easy ordering"
I ordered from melitta and, umm, I was really happy with how fresh the coffee was when it arrived. The bag smelled amazing as soon as I opened it, and the taste was way better than the older coffee I still had at home. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d definitely order again

I’ve been using this for a while now, I want to say since maybe early spring, or around March? Either way, cleaning it has been really simple. The parts come off easily, and maintenance doesn’t take much time at all. Hassle-free overall.

I had a small issue with my coffee machine order because the tracking just stopped updating, so I started to get a bit worried. It did take about a day to hear back, but once customer service replied, they were helpful and got things sorted. The parcel arrived not long after that. It wasn’t a totally smooth experience, but I felt relieved in the end and appreciated that they handled it properly. I’d give it 4 stars.

I was just hoping for a decent cup of coffee, and this actually made me happy. No grounds sneaking through, which is such a relief because that usually drives me crazy. It’s smooth, simple, and does exactly what I need it to do. Nothing overly fancy, but i kind of love that.

Ordering was simple enough, no random weird steps or errors popping up, which was nice. Payment went through fast and the confirmation email showed up right away. So yeah, very calm and normal, definitely not me being relieved that it all actually worked smoothly.

"Pretty straightforward order"
